NORDIC PALOMA

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
40 ml Copenhagen Distillery Long Pepper Akvavit
15 ml Lemon Juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh dill

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Top with sparkling water
5. Add more ice if necessary
6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
